I would like to thank MW Software Solutions for their excellent help. First, we were not sure what to do with our appointment schedule. I was almost ready to buy a pretty expensive program. Then, I saw their website and contacted the company.

The service was very good. Before, nobody wanted to hear me. Usually, the sales representative will tell you some pitch and then try to sell the product. The Sales Manager at MW Software Solutions worked with me in a very different way. They did not suggest anything until they fully understood what is that I want and how much I am willing to spend.

They even did more to give us the right software. The customer service representative Alex asked me questions about our services, products, number of employees involved. Only after that, they proposed a solution.

It worked for me. Their manager follows-up after every month to make sure everything is working fine.

MWS Solutions representative came onsite to understand the business cycle, critical pieces of information, what and how has to be automated. Instead of relying on disconnected software and spreadsheets, we now has truly interconnected and streamlined business workflows. It is an efficient method to manage our critical business operations.

Their solution included back-end operations with the inventory control, suppliers and customer management. It also included the website with up-to-date managed listing of materials and manufactured items offered to our customers.

We are now managing many aspects of our operations, ranging from the manufacturing, sales and distribution to accounting back-office procedures. ERP Studio came to our business with fast implementation and straightforward customization. It is powerful and easy-to-use software. At any point of time, I have a complete control over my inventory and expenses. I can call my supplier and discuss every single detail of a shipment as well as the history of our relationships. Everything I need to talk to my suppliers and customers is always in front of my eyes.
