The traditional development requires assembling an IT team with Business Analysts, Developers and Testers. Sometime, the structure of the team is complex and requires more than one manager to lead the project.
Usually as a client, you would have to pay for the space, infrastructure, hardware, software, salaries and consulting fees. There is sometime an additional cost to complete the project on time, or you have to allow extending the project to complete everything properly. The post-production support is a separate and sometime complicated item.
